Programată să aibă loc în luna mai a anului 2020, mobilitatea din România, ultima din cadrul proiectului, era concepută, pe de o parte, să finalizeze firma de exercițiu internațională, consacrând-o ca model de urmat, iar pe de altă parte să ridice Târgul Firmelor de Exerciți ”Tânăr antreprenor în spațiul virtual” la un nivel internațional.
Pandemia de COVID 19 la nivel global a determinat amânarea acesteia, pentru ca în final, o dată cu necesitatea încheierii proiectului, să se decidă între parteneri ca mobilitatea să aibă loc virtual.
Organizarea mobilității în acest mod nu a fost ușoară. Erau atât de multe lucruri care puteau merge prost, de la logistică la aspectele tehnice destul de greu de anticipat.
Și totuși…..
Folosindu-se platforma Google Classroom, mobilitatea s-a desfășurat timp de cinci zile, implicând un număr de 40-50 elevi ca auditoriu în aproape fiecare din aceste zile.
Activitățile programate inițial nu au fost modificate substanțial, ci adaptate pentru a corespunde modalității de desfășurare virtuale.

Ziua 1
Ziua deschiderii a fost ziua obișnuitelor urări de bun venit care au avut darul de a ”sparge gheața” și de a familiariza participanții cu platforma. Nu au existat probleme tehnice.
Un moment memorabil care a lăsat impresii deosebite în sufletele partenerilor noștri a fost prezentarea dnei Director Adjunct Mădălina Dionysatos ”România – tradiții și multiculturalitate”. Realizată cu deosebit simț artistic, prezentarea a surprins esența culturii și tradițiilor poporului român atât prin informațiile furnizate cât și prin imaginile alese. O chintesență a spiritualității noastre care a fost percepută cu bucurie, mirare și admirație de colegii noștri străini.
Ziua a doua
Ziua a doua a început cu un minunat șirag de intervenții ale unor foști elevi ai școlii deveniți astăzi studenți la facultăți de prestigiu din țară. ”Cum mi-a schimbat firma de exercițiu viața” a oferit prilejul unor mărturii despre impactul pe care această metodă a avut-o și continuă să o aibă asupra tinerilor, făcându-i mai încrezători în forțele proprii, dezvoltându-i ca profesioniști și înzestrându-i cu ceea ce este necesar pentru a face față exigențelor pieței muncii.
În partea a doua a zilei, cafe-debate-ul intitulat ”Provocările învățării online” a oferit profesorilor prilejul de a împărtăși experiențe, provocări și soluții generate de noua abordare didactică, aceea a predării și învățării virtuale.
Una din cele mai importante zile ale mobilității virtuale a fost ziua a treia, dedicată integral elevilor. Echipele de elevi din fiecare școală parteneră au avut ocazia să se transpună în două ipostaze, simulând situații de viață reală: Eu, Antreprenorul și Eu, Angajatul. A fost o zi prolifică din care s-a învățat mult, în care s-a lucrat mult și, așa cum le stă bine tinerilor, în care s-au mai și distrat.
Reprezentantul Junior Achievement România, D-ul Dorin Călin, a evaluat activitățile desfășurate de grupurile de lucru, oferind sfaturi și feed-back prețios.
Ziua a patra
Ziua a patra a fost zi de concurs. Târgul “Tânăr Antreprenor în Spațiul Virtual”, desfășurat ca o competiție virtuală a adunat în secțiunea ”De la idee la business” douăsprezece idei de afaceri prezentate de elevii din toate țările, prin intermediul aplicației Power Point. Locul I a fost obținut de echipa de elevi din Norvegia pentru ideea recondiționării bicicletelor uzate intitulată ”Bicycle Rebuilder” și de elevul Cristian Ciubuc cu ideea ”House on Wheels” (Casa pe Roți). În a doua secțiune a târgului ”Cel mai bun website” și ”Cel mai bun spot” au fost prezentate produse realizate de elevii din România și Italia pentru firma de exercițiu internațională.
Ziua a 5a
Premierea
Nu a fost posibilă o festivitate în adevăratul sens al cuvântului dar cu toate acestea bucuria de a fi recompensați pentru munca lor în cadrul mobilității și cuvintele de laudă aduse de către profesori au luminat chipurile elevilor.
